Meristem had a pop-up herb living wall at this years Make More Festival.
Filled with lemon balm, purple basil, flowering lemon thyme, pink rosemary, tricolor sage and 5 varieties of mint (grapefruit, pineapple, basil, berries and cream, orange and buddleia mint).
The wall was located in Anna Greenland’s (the award award winning organic gardener and grower) allotment plot + urban balcony packed with vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, showing innovative ways of growing in small spaces!
Thousands of creative makers and entrepreneurs gathered at Victoria Park for the 5 day festival, celebrating the maker movement – bringing together gardening tips, crafts, visual art, immersive performances, music and food and drink.
