Streets around London were transformed for local communities on World Car Free Day on Saturday 22nd September. Meristem were involved with 6 events across the boroughs of Islington and Hammersmith.
Meristem Build a 66mtr Living Wall for the RHS Hampton Flower Show
This week is the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2018! From 2nd to 8th July you can enjoy one of the largest flower shows in the world at the iconic location of Hampton Court Palace.
Meristem are delighted to have been asked to supply and design 66sqm of living wall at this years show! We have a 2 sided 30sqm wall at the main entrance and 36sqm living wall either side of the stage in the Festival of Roses.

Marylebone Car Free Street Party
Over a hundred school children from Halcyon School enjoyed some amazing BMX skills, a bicycle smoothie and music powered by pedals during Marylebone car free day, hosted by Marylebone LEN and Sustrans.
The focus of the day was sustainability, air quality, helping the locals reclaim the street and to encourage cycling and walking.
We were delighted our Parklet was well used and helped turn the grey street to green. The day promoted social interaction, while showing what you can do with the absence of cars.
